Privacy Notice — Early Access

This notice covers the DispatchingIQ pre-launch early-access page only (the site you're on now). It explains the limited information we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it. DispatchingIQ is operated by IST Dispatching.

What we collect

• The email address you submit.
• The role you select (dispatch company, carrier/owner-operator, or other) and an optional carrier/truck count you choose to share.
• A record of your consent and the date/time you joined.
• Basic referral/campaign parameters (e.g. which link brought you here), if present in the URL.
• Standard technical server logs kept by our hosting provider.

Why we collect it

To email you about DispatchingIQ early access and launch, and to understand which channels reach the people we build for. We do not use it for anything else.

Your consent

You join by ticking the consent box — it is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Where it's stored & who can see it

Your information is stored securely in Microsoft Azure and is accessible only to the DispatchingIQ team. We do not sell your information. Azure processes it on our behalf as our service provider.

How long we keep it

Until launch plus a reasonable period to invite you, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe anytime, and you can ask us to show you or delete the information we hold about you. Email privacy@dispatchingiq.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, we'll post the updated version here. When DispatchingIQ launches, a full product privacy policy will govern use of the product itself.
